To use our e-learnings, you only need a web-enabled device (e.g. notebook, tablet or smartphone) and an audio output for the playback of audio elements. Our toolkits are downloadable and based on common file formats (e.g. xls., ppt., pbix.), which you can open, edit, and save with appropriate data processing software.

All our e-learnings and toolkits are available in both English and German. Based on your browser language settings, our products will be automatically adapted to your chosen language.

All our solutions are designed to complement and connect with each other. Our e-learnings offer an interactive, informative, and practical introduction to the world of sales & marketing. Alongside each e-learning, we offer a comprehensive toolkit that allows you to put your learnings directly into practice. Integrated packages comprised of e-learning and toolkit are offered at a 15% discount on the net price.

We offer special corporate discounts in case you want to purchase multiple e-learning or toolkit licenses for your company. From 10 licenses onwards, you will automatically receive a 15% discount on the net price at checkout. We offer different payment methods for the purchase of our articles via our webshop, such as credit card, PayPal, and instant bank transfer. If you are a corporate customer and would like to purchase a larger number of licenses or customized consulting services for your company, payments will be made according to the terms outlined in your customized offer. 

If you have not yet created an online account in our portal, you will be prompted to register during your checkout process in our webshop. Afterwards, you can log in to your personal user area and access all purchased products.

When purchasing multiple licenses for colleagues from your company, you automatically become the administrator of your company licenses. After the checkout process, you can log into your personal admin account and distribute the purchased licenses to your colleagues via email. Afterwards, they can register themselves and access all assigned products in their own accounts. Please note that your admin account already corresponds to one license and that you can only assign purchased licenses to your colleagues once.

We have done our best to provide you a detailed overview of the structure, content, functionalities, and specific advantages of our solutions via the product descriptions in our webshop. If you plan on purchasing multiple licenses for your company and want to preview our solutions in advance, please contact us and we will provide you with a brief sample product. 

In very few exceptional cases, customers may receive an order confirmation email before the checkout process has been completed. Do not worry if this occurs to you. You have neither concluded a contract with us nor will you be charged for your order. Ignore the email and proceed as planned.
