To use our e-learnings, you only need a web-enabled device (e.g. notebook, tablet or smartphone) and an audio output for the playback of audio elements. Our toolkits are downloadable and based on common file formats (e.g. xls., ppt., pbix.), which you can open, edit, and save with appropriate data processing software.

Your data security is very important to us. This is why all our toolkits have been created without macros, protected with passwords, scanned for viruses and equipped with cryptographic checksums. To check the data integrity of your purchased toolkits, simply match the MD5 checksum of your downloaded file with the checksum that is indicated in your personal account before downloading.

We offer different payment methods for purchases via our webshop, such as PayPal, credit card and instant bank transfer. If you are a corporate customer and would like to purchase customized consulting services or a larger number of product licenses for your company, payments will be made according to the terms outlined in your customized offer. 

If you have not yet created an online account on our platform, you will be prompted to register during your checkout process in our webshop. Afterwards, you can log in to your personal account area and access all purchased products. Please note that the website language during login will determine the language of the products in your personal account area. When purchasing multiple licenses for colleagues from your company, you automatically become the administrator of your company licenses. After the checkout process, you can log in to your personal admin account and distribute the purchased licenses to your colleagues via email. Afterwards, they can register themselves and access all assigned products in their own accounts. As the administrator, you can also assign yourself a license.
